SITES of INTEREST

The Anglican Church, Mann St, consecrated in Nov. 1914 is worth a visit.

Lookout, Mundaring National Park, off the Mundaring Weir Rd, gives an excellent view of the weir and surrounds.

Mundaring Weir - walk across the wall, visit the museum, enjoy the gardens.

Swimming - Bilgoman Pool, Mt Helena Aquatic Centre, Lake Leschenaultia.

Walking - Heritage Trails, Kep Walk, Town walks, John Forrest National Park walks, Mundaring Weir walks, Lake Leschenaultia.  The Bibbulmun Track.

Cycling - Heritage Trails, Mundaring Weir tracks, John Forrest National Park mountain bike (Eagle Trail), Munda Biddi Track.

Golf Courses - Mundaring Public Course (sand greens) close to town, scenic 18 holes.  El Caballo, grass greens, 18 holes, at Wooroloo.

PICNIC AREAS

There are many delightful spots around the district.    The Sculpture Park, Fred Jacoby Park, Weir Gardens, Lake Leschenaultia, John Forrest National Park, Greenmount National Park, Mundaring National Park (south of the weir), Hovea Falls and Park Falls are ideal for family picnics.
